CVAC International – Terms and Conditions

Introduction
Welcome to CVAC International. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all clients, site users, partners, and third parties interacting with CVAC International, whether through projects, consultations, or digital platforms.
Scope of Services
CVAC International provides design, installation, and maintenance services in the following areas:
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Electrical and Plumbing Works
- Commercial Kitchen Extraction
- AMC and Maintenance Services
All services are delivered in line with UK and UAE standards, including Dubai Civil Defense, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and other applicable regulations.
Project Terms
- Projects are subject to a formal quotation and written agreement.
- CVAC will not commence work without client-signed approval and confirmed deposit or payment terms.
- All timelines are subject to access, authority approvals, and material availability.
- Authority submissions (e.g. DEWA, DCD) may be included or excluded depending on your contract scope.
Payments and Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
- Payment terms are defined in individual proposals or contracts.
- All invoices are payable in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise agreed.
- Delayed payments beyond agreed terms may incur penalties or suspension of work.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, schematics, specifications, and content created by CVAC remain the intellectual property of the company unless expressly assigned. Reproduction, modification, or use outside the agreed project scope is not permitted without written consent.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for ensuring site readiness and access.
- Delays due to client-side issues (e.g. payment delays, incomplete documents, lack of access) may impact project timelines and cost.
- Clients must disclose all relevant building conditions, authority restrictions, and structural limitations before work begins.
Maintenance & AMC Services
- AMC agreements will include terms on frequency, access, emergency callouts, exclusions, and scope.
- AMC clients must ensure technician access and report faults promptly.
- Maintenance visits missed or refused may void warranty or service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
CVAC International is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
- Delays due to force majeure, including pandemic restrictions, authority rejections, or material shortages.
- Third-party works or faults unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service or project in dispute.
Health & Safety
All works are performed in line with UAE labor and health safety laws. On-site staff are fully insured and certified. The company complies with Dubai Civil Defense and municipality regulations.
